--- 1997 SeaRay 370AC with twin Mercruiser, MIE 7.4 litre, 454 CID, MPI, Blue Water Inboards with 891 Hrs each.

Also equipped with a 9.0Kw Westerbeke GenSet showing 409 hrs.

ALL IN PERFCECT RUNNING ORDER This is a second owner vessel in excellent condition inside and out.

The age of the vessel does not show through the luxurious accommodations.

All original throughout, showing no wear or tear.

This is a documented vessel, and has been professionally maintained every year since new, with maintenance records for the last 3½ years available for inspection.

The original owner did not keep maintenance records, but was very diligent in having the maintenance and repairs done promptly by pros.

Most of the original documentation is still kept onboard this boat.

This vessel has three staterooms, 2 full heads, a large salon and complete galley below.

The aft cabin stateroom has a queen sleeper and the aft head on the lower sole.

The salon has a full size push button electric fold down sleeper on the main sole.

The mid cabin stateroom has a single sleeper, and the forward cabin stateroom has a queen sleeper.

The forward head is located between the mid cabin and the forward cabin, all on the lower sole to portside along with the galley to starboard.

Three Marine AC/Heat units.

Aft cabin unit, salon unit, and forward cabin unit.

The forward cabin unit needs to be replaced.

Built in vacuum system, has single station fly bridge controls and aft deck entertaining area with seating and wet bar.

The ice maker in the wet bar does not work.

The bridge is equipped with TeleFlex Steering, captain swivel seat, adjustable helm, lounge seat, port passenger swivel seat, bench seat, VHF radio, depth finder, radar, GPS, engine controls, pump indicators and control, horn, search light and control, running and anchor lights, twin input USB port, 12vdc port, new 2019 AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo with remote, 8 speakers throughout, & subwoofer.

Also includes 3 digital flatscreen TV's, new starboard battery in 2019, full array of gauges for port and starboard engines.

The interior is very spacious, sleeps 8, enormous amount of storage areas, ease of access throughout, plenty of windows and portholes for ventilation, plenty of lighting and many more amenities.

We enjoy this yacht all year long with the full eisenglass enclosure.

The length overall of 40' includes the bow anchor spritt, anchor windlass, and the aft swim deck.

The vessel was hauled out in fall of 2017 for a complete bottom job.

The port and starboard engine batteries were replaced in 2019 and the generator battery was replaced this month 10/2020.
