Description
This is a proven blue water boat. All aluminum used is the 5086 alloy, the ONLY aluminum alloy which is impervious to salt water and an alloy which is stiff and strong. All frames are 3.8" x 2", the stringers are 1.25" x 3/8" and the hull has been built from 1/4" plate. The full keel has a 1/2" bottom plate. All standing and running rigging is in excellent shape. The mast and boom are one size larger than required and have been built by Sparcraft. The entire sail inventory has been made by Nei Pryde and includes a new trysail, a new staysail, a 120% jib and a main sall.There are berths for 6 people, 2 electric heads, 2 state rooms, a pilot house, a galley, a settee and a cockpit.The boat has been sandblasted and re-painted in 2019. The instrumentation is Navman which is no longer in businees and thus there is a need to replace the chartplotter.
